This is a great condiment that will keep for weeks or more in the refrigerator. Use it with cheese or wild game.

Cherry Whole Grain Mustard
SUMMARY:
A semi sweet whole grain mustard. Great with cheese!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 quarts Pitted cherries with juice
- 1 quart Whole Grain Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Quatre Epices (Pate Spice)
- 1 cup Sugar
METHOD:
1. Combine the cherries, the cherry juice, sugar, and pate spice in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer.
2. Simmer for one hour.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the whole grain mustard.
4. Let cool completely.
